Ava has no account or server-side user profile — your scan history is stored only on your device, and you can delete it yourself at any time, instantly, with no request needed.

How to delete your data

  1. Open the Ava app and go to the History tab (bottom navigation).
  2. To delete a single scan, swipe it left and tap the delete icon.
  3. To delete everything at once, tap the "Clear all history" icon in the top bar and confirm.

What gets deleted

The scanned text/link/number and its result (verdict, confidence, and reasons) for each history entry — permanently and immediately, from your device.

What we retain

Nothing. Ava does not store your scan history on any server. When an ambiguous scan is sent to our AI proxy for a second opinion, that text is not retained after the request completes. There is no account or backend profile tied to you to delete separately.
