Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us. When you fill in our contact or hiring forms, we receive:

• Your name and email address
• Optional details such as your phone number, company, website, budget, timeline and preferred contact method
• The project or hiring details you write in the message

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
• To prepare proposals, quotations and agreements you ask for
• To deliver and support work you engage us for
• To keep the website secure and working properly

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing without your permission.

How your information is sent and stored

Form submissions are sent securely from our website to our business email inbox. We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them when they are no longer required.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers we rely on to run our business, such as website hosting and email, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this page.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
