Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services Shreeji Software provides. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Using this website

You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Proposals and project agreements

Each project is based on a written proposal or quotation that sets out the scope, timeline, deliverables and price. If a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies to that project.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payments

Unless your quotation states otherwise, projects are paid in milestones: 30% after home page design approval, 30% after inner page design approval, 30% after development and 10% on final delivery.

Dedicated developer plans are billed monthly or by the hour, as agreed in advance.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide content, access and feedback in good time
  • Make sure you have the rights to any content, images or materials you give us
  • Review and approve each milestone

Delays in content, access or feedback may affect the agreed timeline.

Ownership

Once a project is paid for in full, the designs and code created specifically for you belong to you. Third-party themes, plugins, apps, fonts and libraries remain subject to their own licences.

We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to or we have agreed confidentiality in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive details.

Support

Every project includes 7 days of free support after delivery for fixes within the agreed scope. Ongoing support is available through a separate plan.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully to deliver reliable websites and software, but we cannot guarantee that they will be free of every error or that third-party platforms and services will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
